If you receive your chair in perfect condition and wish to return it, you must do so within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to try your Vxkulnh chair immediately upon receipt to ensure it fits you and allow time for return shipping. Returning a Vxkulnh chair for any reason other than material defects or product damage will require full payment of return shipping.

For all legitimate defects, Vxkulnh Chairs will cover return shipping costs to all addresses in the continental United States. To verify your return and receive free shipping, all returns must be pre-approved by sending an email to Support@vxkulnh.top with a brief description of the issue, a photo showing the defect, and proof of purchase.

Chair Return and Pre-Authorization Procedure:

All chairs require pre-authorization for return. Please contact us directly at Support@vxkulnh.top. Please provide the following details:

Proof of purchase, including name and address, purchase date, and order number

A detailed description of the defect and photos of the defect

Refunds or exchanges are determined at the sole discretion of Vxkulnh Chairs. The product inspection process typically takes 7-10 days after arrival at the warehouse.

Please note that returns must be authorized in advance.

Do not ship your chair to Vxkulnh, LLC without a return authorization. Any returns without a return authorization will not be eligible for a Vxkulnh refund and will be returned to you at your expense.
